I’ve been meaning to see La Vie En Rose for such a long time, and finally did on one of our movie nights. What a great film! What a great woman! I am now completely endeared to Edith Piaf and am having a whole new experience with her music. It fills me up in a way that very few musicians/singers can do. Here’s to Edith Piaf!

(PS. If you move into a more 80’s mode, Grace Jones did a remake of the song La Vie En Rose. Not as beautiful as Edith Piaf, but sometimes you need a disco beat.)
